RETURN POLICY

HOW TO RETURN:
       To make a return request, please contact us within a few days of delivery. In your message, please include your order number, the products you wish to return, and why. Once we approve your request, we will supply you with our returns address.
       Note: The website is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. If this worries you, a tracking number and insurance would be a good investment.
**REFUND POLICY
       - REFUND or RESHIPMENT will not be made if the delivery failed due to the incorrect or insufficient address provided for shipping.
**Order cancellation/modifications
       If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
       All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us ASAP. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
       * Please note that we will deduct order cancellation due to the fee incurred by our payment gateway.
       Therefore, we recommend you to check your cart and the shipping information carefully to avoid cancellation and return requests otherwise you will need to pay round trip shipping fees and possible customs fees.
       Return time:Within 30 days after receiving the items.
       We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
